Thank you for choosing Soothing Lotus. Due to the ingestible nature of our hemp-derived THC products, all sales are final except as outlined below.

1. No Returns

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns of ingestible products. Once products have been shipped, they cannot be returned for resale or restocking.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photo documentation of the damage or incorrect item

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

3. Refund Eligibility

Approved claims may qualify for:

  • Replacement product, or

  • Refund to the original form of payment

If damage is confirmed, we will also refund applicable shipping charges associated with that order. We reserve the right to request destruction confirmation of damaged products.

4. Not Eligible for Refund

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Taste preference

  • Personal reaction or dissatisfaction

  • Orders delayed in transit

  • Orders refused at delivery

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, Soothing Lotus is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe your package was misdelivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

6. Fraud Prevention

Soothing Lotus / Joy Rush LLC reserves the right to:

  • Investigate suspicious refund requests

  • Deny claims that do not meet the policy requirements

  • Refuse service to customers engaging in abuse of this policy

Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed and pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
